A much more aggressive approach that cleans surfaces and joints deep down to the underlaying base. Once that is done we can level or replace any areas that require it. We can also ad expansions or make changes to the layout at this time. Finally, after all the the adjustments, we apply fresh new polymeric sand that will fill and seal the joints. These come with fungi and algae suppressing ingredients that are safe and effective.
